Chicken Caesar Wraps: A Quick WFH Lunch That’s Actually Filling

These Chicken Caesar Wraps are one of those recipes that feels almost too simple, but somehow hits every time. They’re quick, customizable, and perfect for lunches, casual dinners, or prepping ahead for busy days.Instead of mixing everything in a bowl, this method chops everything together right on the cutting board, which keeps prep minimal and flavors evenly distributed. It’s low effort, high reward...our favorite kind of recipe.

Notes

Make Ahead & Storage

These wraps are great for prepping in advance. Simply wrap each one tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Perfect for grab-and-go lunches or busy afternoons.

Easy Variations

  • Skip the jalapeños for a more classic or kid-friendly version
  • Add extra croutons for more crunch
  • Go lighter on dressing if you’re prepping ahead
  • Warm the tortilla slightly for easier rolling
