Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Add the chopped rotisserie chicken on top.
- Pour the buffalo sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing on top of the mixture and lightly spread it across.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over everything.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot, melty, and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips (or celery sticks, crackers, or whatever you love).
Notes
- You don’t have to mix the ingredients before baking (unless you want to)
- Adjust the type or amount buffalo sauce depending on how spicy you like it.
- Ranch can be swapped for blue cheese dressing if that’s more your vibe.
- Rotisserie chicken makes this incredibly fast, but leftover chicken works too!
