Ravioli In Spring Pea Browned Butter Sauce

This ravioli in spring pea browned butter sauce is so incredibly fast and easy! Plus it tastes bright and fresh, which is perfect for a meal in Spring. This portion feeds two people, but the recipe can easily be doubled for more people to enjoy! 

The Ingredients:

1 9oz container of ravioli 

2 oz of Pancetta

3 tablespoons butter

½ bag frozen peas 

For Topping:

Ricotta Cheese 

Parmasan

Freshly Cracked Pepper

The Directions:

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions. Don’t forget to salt your pasta water!
  2. In a large skillet, add pancetta and cook!
  3. After about two minutes, add 3 tablespoons of butter. Saute until brown.
  4. To this, add frozen peas and cooked ravioli
  5. Plate up and top with ricotta, parmesan cheese, and freshly cracked pepper!
